Adams & Grant Human Resource Association

The Adams & Grant Human Resource Association is an affiliate chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.

We meet the second Thursday of every month at noon in the Advanced Technology & Education Center at Big Bend Community College in Moses Lake, Washington. 

You are welcome to come and join us at one of these meetings.

What We Do

The purpose of our monthly meetings is to:

1. provide a forum for the personal and professional development of our members
2. provide an opportunity to develop leadership, managerial, public speaking, and group decision making skills
3. provide an arena for the development of trust relationships where common problems can be discussed and dileberated
4. provide an opportunity to focus on current human resource management issues of importance to our members
5. provide valuable information gathering and dissemination channels
6. provide a pool of human resource management leaders for perpetuation of the chapter and SHRM
7. serve as part of the two-way channel of communication between SHRM and the individual members.
